Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 30 days after an order is received. We will credit the original form of payment less shipping charges and all items will incur a 30% restocking fee.

All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns of used or opened merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return any item. If an exchange is requested, we will then pay the shipping charges of the items being sent back. In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item.

All returns must be authorized by email or phone call to Starlight Maintenance, Inc..

Please include in the email the products that will be returned, the original order number and the reason for the return. We will then contact you after and verify the progress of your return.
